Simply download the Drops User App. Complete the simple details and you are ready to go. Available on Play Store and App Store.

Requesting a ride on the Drops App is very simple. Follow our easy guide:
• Go to setting and give permission to allow Drops App automatically detect your location.
• Input your Drop off location, add a stop over location if desired.
• Choose your vehicle type e.g., Economy or Luxury.
• Tap on Ride Now or Ride Later.
• Tap Confirm Booking.

Once you confirm your Booking request an estimated ride fare will be displayed.

  • Tap on the drop-down box on the top left of the App.
  • Tap Trip History.
  • Tap on Active for ongoing and ride scheduled for Later.
  • Tap on Past for completed rides.

Think you were overcharged? Do not argue with our Drops Partner.
Simply submit a query via our email: infodrops@catalystmng.com quoting details of the trip so we can investigate. Once established, the overcharge will be refunded to your wallet.

Most times, it is frustrating for drivers when customers cancel their booking and they are already on the way to pick up location. When a rider cancels the ride within five minutes of booking and acceptance, no cancellation fee will apply. But if cancelled after five minutes, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee.
